Islamic terrorist tends to escalate wherever the US has a base. Uzbekistan is one of those places. Osama Bin Lauden claimed his main reason for terrorism was that the US had a base in Saudi Arabia. Maybe that's all it is. Ever since the Gulf War we've had bases over there. Before that we didn't and Al Qaida didn't exist. Terrorists only attacked Israel which they see as occupying their homeland. If true, then this means Bush's policies are the worst things we could be doing. Bases in Arab lands means guaranteed much more terrorism. If we get out maybe it will all stop.
