Well, of course. If one has a large brown shopping bag full of a variety of supermarket produce items, there is a possiblity that selecting one piece by reaching in blindly might yield a mango or even a durian. Really, I was curious if you meant anything specific, verifiable and worth worrying about. The "vaguely random" approach doesn't approach ... a point. Have you ever used an ATM or been to a grocery store?
