i mentioned a hospital worker getting shot at 4:30am in the back of the head on camera in philly. cameras on various buildings for their own security followed this guy running through parking lots and the press said lost him.
a few weeks later he is arrested and now we have found a serial killer in Philly. He is now tied to four murders over several years and they expect more.

I think we can use more cameras, and better images to fight crime in our cities.
