Russ I mentioned last week my mother in law sold here 1000 sq ft. home built in 1953 in North Bend for cash at $147,500.00.

No view, needs a lot of work, 300sq ft. of that was an add on.

4-5 years ago it would have sold for 75K.

When do you think these ludicrous price increases will stop and how do you see the after math unfolding? Just a guess if you have time, I know this is all conjecture for now.

A lot of people are changing handles at SI. Instead of loantech maybe I should change my handle to bankruptcyenabler.
