The massive fabrication of Gore votes in 2000 is now a part of American history. The question is what can the states do to prevent it in the future. Diebold handled the voting machine part competently-as evidenced by the Democrats SQUEALING about them.

At least box-stuffing will be more difficult.

But the states have to ensure that the person they allow to vote is not just a proven resident, and IS who he SAYS he is, but is not so CLUELESS that he thinks the Democrat candidate in 2004 is "Ralphs Terry" and is insisting on a write in because he can't find his boy on "Bush's phony ballot".

I'm surprised anyone at all got through behind those guys in just 6 to 8 hours...
