Try this: voting machine problem IN CONGRESS on the squeaked-by CAFTA vote "...The measure wouldn't have passed had two missing Republicans both successfully cast their ``no'' votes. Republican Rep. Charles Taylor of North Carolina thought he had voted against the bill, but said a problem with the voting card used to activate the House's electronic tally system failed to record the vote. ``Due to an error, my 'no' vote did not record on the voting machine.
