Hi Mike, good to hear from you...

Well, I expected more, much more, from IRF's quarter. with many of its customers going gangbusters (automotive, Intel, appliances) and the promised migration from generic to proprietary product lines supposedly poised to improve gross margins....and several outright buy ratings on the stock as the best play in the semi sector....how could one not be disapponted with a basically in-line report and weak guidance? what changed?

quite a bit of criticism on yahoo about the nepotism of the senior management....Lots of stock options being cashed in, and the options were repriced a couple of times in the past few years to make sure the executives were taken care of.

I am going to have to rethink some of my earlier comfort with this stock and this management.
