(On Topic): Report: FBI probing Cisco analyst "FBI is investigating analyst Michael Lynn, who highlighted security flaws with Cisco routers during a presentation at an Internet security conference last week in Las Vegas" tinyurl.com Not sure I agree with harrassing an anaylst for publishing issues with a router. Does that mean usergroups/newsgroups that publish router flaws (in order to help each other out) need to shut down too? Many issues get resolved this way. What else are you suppose to do - pay a consultant money to fix a Cisco bug? Give me a break. Speaking of bugs, does Cisco have a 'bug sales' channel waiting to collect money from large accounts that need assistance fixing their router bugs and network configuration? It gets very old fixing a network company's router/config bugs for them, on our dollar. Regards, Amy J
