They most certainly were not and you should know that. Cheney repeatedly said he has accurate information but never shared that info with any government agency even when the inspectors explicitly asked him for it. He explicitly called other people's contrary intel as incomplete or wrong, but never showed what he based his opinion on...by other people, I mean other US government agents who went to Iraq and investigated the issues throughly under Bush's own authority.

Just how is it that you know Cheney based his opinion on "available intelligence" and did not lie? Oh...yes, when it comes to your false gods, you have a much higher standard of proof than for other people...nice try!
