You are correct. I do not think anything is wrong fundamentally
with Intel. In my many observations, it is very typical for the
MMs to play the stock high and then trigger the sell-off.

I would start accumulating after the expiration next week.

Till then, play some shortterm puts.

Also, except for today, the stock has always opened high, and
then sold off later in the day.
