No...its simple logic.... How can I state what the policy of a person I have never spoken to really is? There is a reason that hearsay is excluded from evidence in legal proceedings....IMO, it also cuts against giving the DSM much weight either.....Just my opinion....you may disagree but there is a reasonable basis for my position on the matter. J.
