Some insiders bought in April and June. The 1stQ results were not good as the revenues were down 38% but it managed to trim its loss some to $0.06/shr from $0.14/shr in 2004

CNVR's D/E is around 0.19 and the insiders hold a good % of the stock. On July 5 it announced that it had a private placement of 6,555,556 shares of common stock to the Legg Mason Opportunity Trust, at $4.50 per share, it also placed another M shares to an affiliate of Herbert A. Allen, at $4.84. It raised approximately $28.8M.<g>

The stock made today a 52wks. H and is trading above its April 2001 H of 9.13 The next hurdle seems now to be the March 2001 H at 12.75 but the longer term chart remains "interesting". <g>
