You have election fraud mixed up with a nefarious personal prank. Slashing a few tires didn't cost Bush a single vote. It was just evidence of how nasty politics has become since Karl Rove entered the picture.

Election fraud is when you fake votes for yourself, or deprive your opponent of votes, either by controlling ballots after they're in, or depriving people of their right to vote. Bushies are definitely guilty of the latter toward black voters, to the tune of about 200,000 in the last three elections in Florida and Ohio (in 2002 Jeb Bush scrubbed 97,000 black voters from the Florida rolls but beat McBride by a larger margin). But now we find out in Ohio that GOP operatives were in the counting rooms illegally and were invited there by the local GOP chairwoman. Also there was Diebold programmer. This should all be deeply investigated.
