Hitler was a fascist, stupido, not a socialist. Fascism is the opposite of socialism. Socialism is where all people are treated equally and they all chip in to help each other. Hitler was a master race type who let only his closet queen Jeff Gannon type Aryans be the rulers.

Socialism has gotten a bad name in Bushie land. Actually, every single industrialized nation on earth is more or less socialist, except for the Bushie USA. And they are doing a lot better than we are these days.

Socialism is particularly helpful to women because they no longer have to depend totally on men to raise their kids, etc. So anti-socialism is sexist. And against needy kids. In this country we have zero public daycare for instance, and milllions of kids have no health care coverage. In Europe a single mother does not have to become a stripper to support her kids. If she falls on hard times, the kid is taken care of.

I am a moderate on these issues BTW. I am for about the same level of socialism we had under Clinton and not much more. That worked fine for everyone. But we may eventually have national health care, and it may eventually work. it would sure save a ton of money. The drug companies and HMO's are reaming us badly.
