No points in VA, it's not part of your record, and it can't be used to increase your insurance. I wish I knew who was actually driving. More than likely, it was me, but my husband has been known to drive it on the weekends to carry a load to recycle, and the ticket was issued on a Saturday. So I can't swear I wasn't driving, nor admit that I was. 'Tis a puzzlement.
