Let me get this straight. One can hear chatter for 3 years regarding a hijacking and they are supposed to act on it and prevent it...even notify the citizens of it, but at the same time they should not advise during a year of campaigns...that doesn't work... It will slow down the administration from issueing terror alerts during elections, for three-year-old "information".
