Bob, it _is_ an organic LED display and not a TFEL. It is apparent from the title of the article. Idemitsu-Kosan has pioneered color conversion of blue OLEDs to red and green as an approach to achieve full color from a blanket coated OLED stack. Surprisingly, I-K is not a display company, but a chemical one. They are interested in licensing their material set to producers.
