Talking to yourself? Who profited from the forged documents? The group that included them in the SOTU and was itching to invade Iraq? Why weren't the source of the forged documents ever a big deal for the administration? Why do we STILL not know where they came from, and who PUT them on Cheney's desk? Did they appear on his desk by magic?
