WRONG DUHliar! If I put a document on Cheney's desk, would it end up in a chimp SOTU if it supported some lie he was trying to sell? Who knows if Cheney had a deal with Berlesconi to produce the forgery? NO ONE knows who produced it, or why. WHO benefited? Who wanted it to be true SO BAD, they didn't even check very hard?
