Just as soon as China allows US companies to buy large businesses in China, then and only then should the US allow the flip side. China deliberately kept the Yuan pegged to the dollar to promote exports and the influx of dollars. They then soak up enough dollars to try to buy up strategically important US companies...sorry, homey don't play that game.
