I hae owned HELX in my wife's IRA for too long. It has been dripping in, so her average price keeps getting better. The merger should be a boon for her holdings.

Brooks has had one of the best corporate governance policies of any tech company for a very long time. It is the only copany who employee stock reward programs has always received my vote.
