That all makes sense.

A friend rents an apartment in Glendale for $500 near downtown. Crap apartment of course, though it has its charm.

Still it is somehow hard to get ones head around the idea that household income in Schenectady could be higher.

I just wonder about the degree of black market economy involved.

Said friend makes a lot of undeclared income.
