It looks to me like they infrequently add to their gold inventory and that they are in love with the figure 3.1 or 3.11 tons. Out of the past twenty-six days they had 17 "0" addition days and four 3.1 or 3.11 addition days. Today was a special day as they added 3.72 tons. Overall this is solid accumulation as they added more than 16 tons in July.
