The chicken is a good base for the diets we are both trying to adhere to....But low cal chicken....it's a stretch to try to find something new to do with it...and he's not overwhelmed by fish, even salmon.... unfortunately. Brought bunches of fresh rosemary home today to use with chicken...Love that herb, and fresh basil as well! My friend has a huge bush of it, and they just rub pieces of it on the grill before cooking too... Num!
