Of course it is not a balanced view. No book or news you read on this topic is balanced. "Balance" is what you will have to achieve on your own by absorbing conflicting views and synthesizing knowledge. Without books like this, you are missing half the knowledge you need...the same goes for Bush; if Rove ever writes an insider book on this admin, I'll read it.
