RE fleeing to america and all this stolen wealth and murder - don't these people see it coming? Were they so high up in thier ivory towers they didn't see the barbarians coming to topple them and get out? How do you go to bed one night, and in 24 hours wake up broke from government confiscation - was the politics of that day that little of an issue to these people? Why hadn't they already moved substantial wealth and assets away from the area and diversified? What is the rest of the story Elroy?
