I should have said "elections" have to be accurate instead of using "vote."

Intuitively it is a simple matter to have an accurate election. In practice, it seems to be daunting. Especially now that we have a bimodal electorate that is so evenly balanced that elections are hanging by just a few votes.

To me, the solution for this is for everybody to move to the middle. If everyone is in the middle I think it will be unlikely we would have these cliffhanger elections.

I doubt that will happen any time soon.
