You think? With technology where it is today can replicating the womb be all that hard? And once the Fetal Preservation Machines is created, its just another piece of equipment for a hospital. The fetus removal operation might be a bit more complex than an abortion, but once removed and in the machine I don't see how you incur hundreds of thousands of dollars in expenses. It's not like someone is preparing meals and changing the sheets for the fetus in the FPM.
