Well that is the sillyest statement I've read in a long time. I wonder if you could expound on your legaleze with some more detail in plain English. "They're just fiddling with the details to try to get around the Establishment Clause." I would assume that all would know it is settled law that the Constitution of the United States bases it's moral authority on the fact that there is a God. That fact does not establish a religion. creationism has so many flavors, I can not see any religion being established.
