Thanks for your response. I still have questions in my mind! If YUM only has one tenth of the shares that PEP has, does that figure in the eventual price equation? I see that YUM should be priced at 30% of PEP, but if they have fewer available shares, YUM should be priced higher to make up for that discrepency.

Does this make sense to you? Anyone else have thoughts?
