The state dictating what children are to believe is a clear violation of the 1st That's exactly what the State is preventing by keeping creationism out of science classes. Teaching creationism violates the Free Exercise clause as much as the Establishment Clause. It's religious indoctrination, with the appearance of State endorsement of a religious doctrine. Bad medicine. Teach it in religion class, not science class, and it's fine. Derek
