Our project is officially called "Fish Habitat Enhancement." That is how we are managing to get so much help from the five agencies we're dealing with. Talk about a bureaucratic nightmare.

And I mis-spoke. They are actually called "groins" and that is the idea. I don't know if it will work.......no one really does......but we're hoping.

I wouldn't be surprised at all that they are all washed away in a 100 year flood.
