There are two primary reasons why I'm quick to agree with him on SBS.

First, I have done a fair amount of research regarding the water industry. I'm a bull re water for many years to come. (I can point you to much of that research if you're interested.)

Second, their chart does not give me that 'late-to-the-ballgame' feeling that many of Cramer's other picks elicit.

It should be noted that I spend more time pouring through charts each day than I do reading text. After doing so for many years, one's interpretation of technicals becomes largely intuitive. The chart and volume pattern for SBS just plain looks good. I could attempt to itemize all the reasons why I feel this way, but unless I'm specifically asked to do so, I don't feel that it is altogether necessary.

Having said all that, your points re a propensity for corporate malfeasance when it comes to latin american stocks (or for that matter, any foreign issues) are well taken.
