Fred, I have been sniffing here a bit. The key risk is that cash is running low and they need merger to close sooner than later. The key issue is that I assume everyone will take cash. Who wants to lend money to a developmental biotech (when stockholders expect 30+% annually)? I need to do some work on any cut-back provisons/limits on cash or loans.
