Tuck,

I just re-read the docs. To be safe and not get caught in limbo-land, you need to have the card with your preference for cash in by August 16. If you can get that done and the deal passes, you will make the 80ish cents (less 2 cents to trustee for ADRs) by mid-September.

By the way, there are 2 necessary votes. 75% of votes cast at EGM and majority of shares at the court meeting.
