Uhmm, fine, but there were no jokes in the post you referenced. That was all factual. There actually a province where women go to jail if they wear clothes that reveal their "midriff" as the papers call the bellybuttom area.

Truth is stranger the fiction, especially down here.

Criminals often get life in prison, followed by deportation! Seriously!
