mohan, your rational approach to investing is very appropriate. i have spent lots of time to develop my confidence in the company. this is not a company you want to invest in without proper due diligence. take a look at mdli. it is a great company imho, though it is a little expensive right now. i like it under $30 and i really like it around $27. good luck, jeff
