i doubt vsgn "loaded" their groups, although you'd be foolish to pretend this does not happen. my point is simple; mortailty rate of the control group was higher than norm. i happen to believe VSGN's imt will improve mortality and is a useful treatment for chf; i am impressed with the use of an anti-inflammatory such as vsgn and lvro for use in several diseases. take home, don't get too giddy about these early results, and don't overlook the potential pitfalls - no measure or identification of "stuff" generated in the 10cc's, likely very tough to increase the vsgn dose.
