I don't recall saying I get tickets fixed. Hence, my suggestion that you cannot read text worth a damn.

I would never do anything that might be an ethical blot on my professional record. I have never paid a nickel or any other consideration whatsoever to have my tickets dismissed. At the end of the day, reputation is all we lawyers have, and I'm not stupid enough to put it on the line for a speeding ticket.

There is a great big divide between payola, in which your muddled mind thinks I engage, and the careful planning and execution of successful appeals to prosecutorial discretion in which savvy and resourceful laymen as well as lawyers routinely engage. This is an art you obviously do not seem to have mastered. Otherwise, you would not have had to haul your ass to court in front of colleagues. I am sure they were highly amused.
