Solid cc. Progress everywhere (except mrk program).

Biggest upside surprise was progress on Roche PD4 program. Expect IND 2006. Think they've got the SE issue solved. Found cpds in Roche library that are getting snugged down to drug-like entities. (But this news only came out in answer to a question.)

Expect gene association studies to be published EOY. Might not be one for disclosure in 2005, but finding compelling gene assoc linkages in addiction--feeling confident there will be a pharmacogenomic strategy.

Asthma P2 expected late 2005, later because the target group, the young, take their (long) European vacations.

x041 blocked platelet aggregation in 100% pts so far, p1 finished before Fall.

By my calcualtions, x031 P3 will have results in mid-2008.
