elected cash payment. not willing to take non-negotiable paper with no maturity date from a virtually unknown buyer (only did a quick skim of docs so could be way off base). appears that notes are at some time in the future to be exchanged for replacement notes, that supposedly will be publically listed (in london?). congrats to celtic for what may be a great vulture buy. however, from a stockholder viewpoint this deal sucks... (lots of sour grapes & losses...)
