just had a guy run a red light in front of me this morning. He came over the hill , went right through the red. light had already changed red the yellow is a long yellow. he chose to keep moving through red. the intersection has had a few people killed in last ten years and finally put a light in... also the the lights time appears to be delayed a few seconds longer than normal. As i waited for light to change he was a good distance up the road before i got the green light.

Oh, he sat in traffic about a mile long up the road. somethings just don't make any sense.

ps there is a flashing warning light on the other side of the hill to let you know lights up ahead and intersection.
