Good morning, AQ, 1- Do you think that market will test 7015 on DOW or 893 on S&P again within 30 days? Will the supports be taken out? or resistance at 959 or 8150 will be pierced so as to continue this bull leg? a. Yes Dow will test low. b. Possible - Supports will be taken out. 2- In your opinion where is Russel 2000 heading- if we go by what happened with S&P -Russel 2000 can continue its upward movement of atleast another 8-10%? Do you think it is prudent to follow secondry stocks? a. Yes b. Reasons - valuations are good/ market chatter about small caps at fever pitch, hard to make a case for throwing money at big caps with high p/e and slow growth rates. 3- Where are bonds heading? Are they going to 6.75% yield or 6.45%?
