do any of the SF when they retire, offer foreign language classes, both to the other areas of the Military, or to the private industry companies who are contracting to help translate documents that have been found in Iraq and other places? Seems an obvious way for them to still offer their help, and for them to make some money as well.

I am not aware of any.
But jobs requesting SF skills and experience are plentiful, and the pay has been steadily increasing. Men serving in SF today can get out and easily triple their salary or better.

I believe patriotism and team comraderie keeps them from doing that.
