The Marc Rich pardon? Nobody's talking about it but you.
That's not only old news, it's much less than GW's going to have to do if he lasts out his second term. Half his top staff and congressional allies may be in prison by then. And will he pardon the entire Enron gang who ripped of tens of billions of dollars?

Also, I believe the amount of $200,000 Denise Rich gave to Clinton's library. It's not like he pockets that money himself, it gets spent on the library. Thanks to the trivial witch-hunt called Whitewater, Clinton left office 10 million in debt and with a 65% approval rating. There is no proof Clinton did anything seriously unethical. The Marc Rich situation remains a mystery and may have been requested by Israel or even the CIA.
