If you don't believe it costs California $7,500 per student in Elementary through High School, you'll never believe that George W. Bush spent $15,400 per student when he was Governor of Texas.

In spite of spending more than twice as much as California, Texas students achieve less and test lower than students in California. I suspect Texas would have been far better off without the "assistance" of George W. Bush "the Education Governor".
