Hume immediately contradicted woman from washington post who tried to defend nytimes. He said his sources told him nytimes was asking lawyers how to get documents unsealed! this was nyt on witch hunt. they have not changed their colors. I highly doubt reporter doing this on his own without prior endorsement of management. Hume was very firm in reporting friends of his , lawyers were disgusted with nyt inquiries and hung up on them. I assume they were so upset they called fox (Hume).

nyt .. there is no defensive to try to unseal adoption records.

ps i sent the posting of yesterday on thread to about twenty liberal friends .
