Early Christian writings would include those written in the first three centuries before the literalists took over. I gave three examples, the Pistis Sophia, the Book of the Saviour and the Secret Book of John.

Do separate google searches on reincarnation and resurrection for each of the three Christian writings I listed and you will find hundreds of examples demonstrating the views of early Christians on reincarnation and resurrection.

There is no question that reincarnation was a belief of early Christians and that resurrection was originally construed by Christians to be a spiritual rather than a physical event.

Here is one search:

google.com

Do the other five searches and you will have thousands of references that prove my point.

I am leaving for the weekend but can discuss this further next week if you are interested.
