Roger,

Can you give an update of BROC? Technically it is poised for a sharp change in direction--the question is which way? It rally has had only sideways action since that major move in early May, and basing since is about completed, IMO. Long term technicals have bottomed and are improving. More than a quarter has passed May, anything changed fundamentally?
