The NYT headline and lede shows their attitude. There is nothing but bad news from the Bush administration. Yes, it's instructive to watch job growth get turned into a bad news headline. Similarly for watching the Beeb and Israel. Yesterday there was a bad incident where a Jewish extremist killed four Arabs, then got killed. The Israeli papers said, "Jewish terrrorist kills 4 on bus". The Beeb said "Israeli soldier kills 4 Palestinians," as if it were an official act. The guy wasn't even a soldier anymore, he was a deserter. Now, Palestinian terrorist on the PA payroll as policeman have committed literally hundreds of terror attacks. Number of Beeb headlines, "Palestinian policeman kills 4 Israelis"? I guarantee it's zero. The vast majority of Pal violence doesn't even happen in the active voice on the Beeb, let alone by a named actor.
